loading dock:
The loading dock is located off Harbour St (opposite Day Street). Follow the signs to the McDonalds Drive Thru. Drive right the way around, as if ordering. The loading dock roller door is opposite the waiting bay area of the Drive Thru.

Arriving by car
Wilson Parking Darling Quarter is accessed via Harbour Street. Accessible parking is on Level B2. Validate your ticket at our Box Office to receive 3 hours parking for just $13 (Mon – Fri only).

Bus
For buses travelling through the CBD along Elizabeth, Castlereagh, George or York streets, alight the bus at Market, Park, Druitt, Bathurst or Liverpool streets and walk down towards Darling Harbour.

The bus drop-off point for groups is behind the Chinese Garden of Friendship on Harbour Street.

Train
Take the train to Town Hall Station and exit south onto Bathurst Street. Walk to the bottom of Bathurst, turning left into Day Street. Cross the lights at Harbour Street and you’re in Darling Quarter.

Ferry
Catch a ferry to Darling Harbour and alight at Darling Harbour Wharf 3 or Pyrmont Bay Wharf.

Lightrail
The closest light rail stops are Convention Centre and Paddy’s Market.

Taxi
The Darling Quarter taxi rank is located on Harbour Street, behind the Commonwealth Bank buildings.

Ticket collection
For tickets being collected at the Box Office please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Please note that we do not mail out tickets. Tickets can be collected from the Box Office, printed at home or proof of purchase can be shown on your phone to any one of our staff members.

Babes in Arms
Children under 2 are welcome to attend shows free of charge (unless the show is designed for those under 2 years). Babies must remain in their parent’s or guardian’s arms at all times and patrons are requested to ensure the disturbance of audience members and performers is considered.

Unaccompanied Children
All children below 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the theatre. The venue does not take responsibility for the safety of unaccompanied children over the age of 12.

Monkey Baa Gift Vouchers
Buy the monkey in your life a Gift Voucher! Vouchers are available in denominations of 1 – 3 tickets ($29 each); family of 4 ($104) and family of five ($125). Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be purchased online or through emailing or calling our Box Office.

OOSH/Vacation Care Groups
Theatre is the perfect activity for OOSH and vacation care groups in Sydney. Tickets are just $19 (with one educator attending free per eight children). With parks, countless eateries and a bus drop-off point all within a 2-minute walk, it’s the ideal day out!

Refunds and Exchanges

-Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except as provided for in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice and at the discretion of producers and management.
-Ticket exchanges are permitted on a case by case basis only. Tickets can only be exchanged within the same season and for an equal or greater value. All other exchanges are not permitted.
-When permitted, exchanges are charged at $5 per transaction.
-Exchanged tickets are only available for collection at the Box Office on the day of the show.
-Patrons must present their original tickets at the Box Office when collecting new tickets.
