Fun strategies for primary school leavers to help them
adapt to the transition to high school.

Designed for students embarking on the next exciting chapter of their school life! The move to high school can be an exhilarating, yet daunting experience. Having grown accustomed to small groups of friends and highly structured primary school cultures, young people can find the change to high-school intimidating.

Using team building exercises, drama games and role-play, we have developed a program specifically designed to support students to build resilience, prepare them for greater independence and deal with change.

This transition workshop gives students practical and easy strategies for dealing with new environments, conversation starters for making new friends, games designed to facilitate a better understanding of timetables, shifting rooms and dealing with new teachers. Most importantly, this workshop allows space for students to voice both their excitement and their fears.
